Orders

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

We process orders quickly to ensure fast delivery, so we’re unable to modify or cancel your online order.

I entered the wrong shipping address - what should I do?

Contact our customer support team immediately. If your order hasn’t shipped, we can update the address. Once shipped, we’re unable to reroute packages.

Will I receive an order confirmation?

Yes. You’ll receive an email confirmation immediately after placing your order, followed by a shipping confirmation with tracking details once your order is dispatched. If you haven't received this please contact us

What if my order arrives incorrect or damaged?

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible. Be sure to include clear photos of the products received, the packaging as it arrived, and the shipping label. This will help us resolve the issue quickly for you.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are typically dispatched within 1 - 3 business days. Shipping times vary by location. At checkout you can see options for your location.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship to select international destinations. Shipping times and customs fees vary by country.

Will I have to pay customs or duties?

International customers are responsible for customs fees, duties, or taxes upon delivery. These charges are determined by your local customs office.

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link via email. If you haven't received this please let us know and we can send you the link.

My package says delivered, but I didn’t receive it. What should I do?

First, check with neighbours and any safe spaces. If you still can’t locate it, contact us within 5 days of the marked delivery date so we can assist.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Products must be unopened and in their original packaging.

Can I return a product if I’ve opened it?

Due to hygiene and safety standards, we cannot accept returns on opened or used hair care products unless they arrived damaged or defective.

How do I start a return?

On the tracking email, you will have a return option. If you can not find this pease contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide return instructions.

Who pays for return shipping?

If you need to return an item, the cost of shipping sits with you. We recommend using a tracked service for peace of mind. Until your return reaches us safely, it remains your responsibility. We are unable to issue refunds for items that are lost in transit.

How long does it take to receive a refund?

Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Funds will be returned to your original payment method.

Do you offer exchanges?

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different product, please return your original item and place a new order

Reset Treatment

How long does a Reset treatment take?

The Reset treatment is personalised to you, so the exact time will vary. It’s usually somewhere between 2-3 hours.

How long does the Reset treatment last?

The smoothing/straightening benefits of Reset will last up to four months...the repair is permanent.

How much does a Reset treatment cost?

The cost of the Reset treatment will depend on your hair type, its condition and length, and the salon you choose.

What’s the minimum age for a Reset treatment?

The Reset treatment is registered for use on clients from the age of twelve.

Can I have the Reset treatment if I’m pregnant?

Our treatments are built on conditioners and proteins and do not contain formaldehyde or any of its derivatives. If you’re pregnant or nursing and have any concerns, we recommend you consult with your doctor before booking a Fabriq treatment.

Is Reset cruelty free and vegan?

Yes, Reset is both cruelty free and vegan.

Will I need to use special products at home after having the treatment?

To get the best from your Reset treatment and make it last, we’ve developed four ranges of homecare products, Build, Hydrate, Safe and Soothe range. Each range includes a gentle shampoo that’s free of sodium chloride (salt) and sulphates, a nourishing conditioner and a pampering mask or tonic (with Soothe). Your stylist will let advise you which range will be best for your hair.

How soon can I wash my hair after having the treatment?

Once the Reset treatment is complete, you can wash your hair after as little as 30 minutes. Most people prefer to wait and wash at home, whenever it suits them. Please note, it’s important that you rinse your hair for 3-5 minutes before washing it for the first time after having the treatment.

When can I colour with Reset?

Non-oxidising colours (direct acting true semi-permanent and temporary colours) can be applied directly after the first shampoo, which can be after just 30 minutes. Oxidising colours (tints, bleach, quasi-permanent) can be applied either 2 days before the service or 2 days afterwards. It is usually best to lighten prior and add depth and tone after the treatment.

Will Reset completely straighten my hair?

Reset will make all hair straighter, but will not make all hair 100% straight, depending on the amount of natural curl and health of your hair. Your Reset specialist will be able to advise you how much straightening you should expect.

Will Reset make my hair flat?

As Reset is built with proteins, it leaves hair much stronger, as well as straighter, allowing hair to be styled with volume.

What is the difference between a Brazilian blow dry, semi-permanent blow dry, keratin treatment, smoothing treatment and Reset?

All those services are different names for treatments that change the shape of hair without damaging the internal hair structure. Reset permanantly repairs as well as making all hair straighter for up to four months.

Is Reset suitable for all hair types?

Yes, Reset repairs and makes all hair straighter, from the weakest, finest hair to the thickest, textured hair and all hair types in between.

The treatment usually takes less than 30 minutes to apply.

Quick Fix + is an intense version of Quick Fix that delivers even greater strength, softness and shine for 30 days. Quick Fix + usually takes an extra 10-15 minutes.

Can I have a Quick Fix if I wear extensions?

Quick Fix is a fantastic treatment for human-hair extensions. It will repair, strengthen, add moisture and shine and make them much quicker and easier to manage. Quick Fix does not challenge the bonds.

Can I mix and match the ranges?

Absolutely, there are no rules!

Why should I use Fabriq Homecare products after a Reset treatment?

We highly recommend using our Build, Hydrate, Safe or Soothe Shampoos, Conditioners and Masks exclusively after a Reset treatment.Why? Because these products are sodium chloride (salt) and sulphate-free and have been developed to maximise the longevity of the treatment. They also contain our special African and Amazonian botanicals to maximise the performance and longevity of your treatment.

Can I use the products if I haven’t had a treatment?

Absolutely! Our Homecare products are a fabulous addition to your hair care routine, whether you’ve had an in-salon treatment with us or not.

How often should I use a mask?

We recommend using Build, Hydrate or Safe mask once a week for the best results, but they can be used as often as you wish.

How do I know which range is best for me?

If your hair is dry, damaged or coarse – Hydrate will help to reintroduce moisture and leave your hair soft and shiny. If your hair is limp, lifeless and lacks body.Build will work to add volume and softness. Safe has been designed to maximise colour's vibrancy and longevity and Soothe luxuriously treats both the scalp and the hair. You can always chat to your hair stylist if you’re unsure.

What’s the difference between the conditioners and the masks?

Our Build, Hydrate & Safe Masks contain greater amounts of our active proteins and we recommend leaving them on for longer. This means they have more time to develop, helping to build strength and hydration into the hair. The Masks also contain shine enhancers so you’re left with super-shiny results.

Is Fabriq homecare suitable for my hair extensions?

All Fabriq products are suitable for human-hair extensions, the ingredients in our products will not challenge the bonds.

Which product offers the most heat protection?

Shield is built to deliver maximum protection from heated styling tools like straightening irons. Ultimate Oil gives up to 45% protects from hairdryers and heated tools.

Can I make cocktails of the styling products?

Absolutely, Quench and Ultimate Oil are popular products to use together for the most luxurious styling. Quench and Boost combine to give softness and strength to curls.
