Returns & Refund Policy
At Fabriq, we take great care in crafting and delivering products you’ll love. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to make the process as smooth and effortless as possible.
Orders
To ensure your order reaches you quickly, we begin processing it as soon as it is placed. Because of this, we’re unable to make changes or cancel orders once they’ve been submitted.
If you’ve entered an incorrect shipping address, please contact our customer care team straight away. If your order hasn’t yet been dispatched, we’ll do our best to update it. Unfortunately, once an order is on its way, we’re unable to redirect it.
You’ll receive an order confirmation email shortly after placing your order, followed by a shipping confirmation with tracking details once your order has been dispatched. If these don’t arrive, please let us know—we’re happy to help.
If your order arrives damaged or you’ve received the wrong item, we’re very sorry. Please contact us as soon as possible with clear photos of the products, packaging, and shipping label so we can resolve this quickly for you.
Shipping
We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–3 business days. Delivery times will vary depending on your location, with available options shown at checkout.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and selected shipping method.
We ship to a selection of international destinations. Please note that delivery times may vary, and customs fees, duties, or taxes may apply. These charges are set by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer.
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link via email so you can follow its journey. If you haven’t received this, just get in touch and we’ll resend it.
If your tracking shows your parcel as delivered but you haven’t received it, we recommend checking with neighbours or safe places first. If it’s still missing, please contact us within 5 days of the delivery date so we can assist you further.
Returns
We hope you love your Fabriq products, but if you need to make a return, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to do so.
To be eligible, items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
Due to hygiene and safety considerations, we’re unable to accept returns on opened or used hair care products unless they are faulty, damaged, or incorrect upon arrival.
To start a return, simply follow the return option in your shipping confirmation email. If you’re unable to find this, our customer care team will be happy to assist—just reach out with your order number and reason for return.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked service for peace of mind, as items remain your responsibility until they reach us safely. Unfortunately, we’re unable to issue refunds for returns lost in transit.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and carefully inspected, we’ll process your refund within 5–10 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Exchanges
We don’t currently offer direct exchanges. If you’d like to try a different product, simply return your original item for a refund and place a new order.
